Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Atomic Thunder Custom Merchandise. Because our products are custom-made to order, our fulfilment process includes both production time and shipping time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

1. Production & Processing Times

Unlike standard retail stores, we create your custom merchandise after your order is placed.

  • Production commencement:
    Design and production will commence exactly 24 hours after your order is placed, allowing a brief window for any immediate changes or cancellations.
  • Production window:
    Once production begins, custom orders require 5 to 7 working days for design and manufacturing before they are ready to ship.
  • Bulk orders:
    Large or complex custom orders may require additional production time. We will provide a timeline estimate via email for bulk requests.
  • Information requests:
    From time to time, we may need more information or specific design assets from you to complete an order. We will contact you directly via email if this is the case. Please note that production timelines will be paused until we receive the required details.
  • Operating days:
    Production and shipping do not occur on weekends or UK bank holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via your selected method. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Total delivery time = 24-hour holding period + 5–7 working days for production + courier shipping time.

3. Geographic Restrictions

  • UK Mainland: We ship nationwide across the United Kingdom.
  • Exclusions: We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) the moment your custom merchandise leaves our facility.
  • Activation: Tracking information will update within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

5. Address Errors & Redelivery

  • Customer responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Correction window: Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting info@atomicthunder.co.uk.
  • Returned packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Production cut-off: Because we work quickly to create your custom merchandise, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
  • Cancellation window: To request a cancellation, please email us at info@atomicthunder.co.uk within 24 hours of order placement, before production commences.
