Returns and Refunds

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. As many of our products are custom-made or personalised specifically for you, different return and cancellation rules apply compared with standard, non-personalised products.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Products

Many of the products we sell, including custom printed stickers, badges, clothing, tote bags, baseball caps and other personalised items, are produced specifically to your requirements using artwork, images, text or designs supplied or approved by you.

Because these products are made to your specification or clearly personalised, they are generally not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match what was agreed.

Sticker Proofs & Artwork Approval

For custom sticker orders where a digital proof is provided, we will send you a digital proof before your order enters production.

Please check your proof carefully, including:

  • Spelling and wording
  • Colours
  • Positioning and layout
  • Size and proportions
  • Cut lines and sticker shape
  • Any other design details

If you would like changes to your proof, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Once the proof has been approved, or the applicable proofing period has passed and production has begun, we may be unable to make further changes or cancel the order.

Where a product has been produced in accordance with a proof you approved, we will generally not offer a refund or replacement for an error that was clearly visible in that approved proof.

This does not affect your rights where the finished product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or materially different from the approved proof.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, images, logos, wording and other content supplied to us is correct and suitable for printing.

Please ensure you provide the highest-quality artwork available. Low-resolution or poor-quality images may result in reduced print quality.

Where reasonably possible, we may contact you if we identify an obvious problem with your artwork before production. However, customers remain responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of the files and information they provide.

We cannot normally offer refunds or replacements for mistakes contained within customer-supplied artwork where the product has been correctly manufactured in accordance with the artwork or proof approved by the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, has been produced incorrectly, or is materially different from what you ordered or approved, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, packaging and/or printing issue so that we can investigate the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • Reprinting or replacing the affected item
  • Correcting the order
  • Offering a partial refund
  • Offering a full refund

Each issue will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights.

Colour & Print Variations

Please be aware that colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors can differ from printed colours. Screen brightness, display settings and the difference between RGB screen colours and print processes can all affect how colours appear.

Minor differences in colour between an on-screen design or digital proof and the finished printed product are therefore normal and are not necessarily considered a fault.

There may also be small variations between separate print runs.

Clothing & Textile Products

For custom printed clothing and textile products, please check the selected size, colour, quantity and design carefully before placing your order.

We cannot normally accept a return of personalised clothing because the wrong size or colour was selected by the customer.

If we have supplied a different size, colour or product from the one ordered, or the item is faulty, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

Non-Personalised Products

If you purchase a standard, non-personalised product from us, different cancellation and return rights may apply.

Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have a legal right to cancel an order for standard goods within 14 days of receiving them, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

These cancellation rights generally do not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.

Cancelling an Order Before Production

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request and may be able to amend or cancel the order.

Once a custom or personalised product has entered production, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible because materials, printing and production costs may already have been incurred.

Delivery Damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain the item and its packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged products are helpful when investigating damage with the delivery provider.
